How does the evidence unlock work?→
You always see every cluster in the list. “Unlocking” means opening the full detail: trend, evidence with sources, score breakdown.
Can I switch from Pro to Pro+ mid-month?→
Yes. The upgrade is immediate and we only charge the prorated difference for the remaining days. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
What happens if I cancel?→
You keep access until the end of the paid period, then you automatically return to the Free plan. Your saved opportunities stay in your archive even after downgrading.
Where does the data come from?→
We aggregate public conversations from forums, professional communities, review aggregators and marketplaces. No private sources or personal-data scraping — everything you see is already public, we just organize it.
Is there a discount for students or creators?→
