Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to make the site work or to remember information between visits. EU law (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR) requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary — for example advertising or profiling cookies.

2. Cookies Kyvel uses

Kyvel uses only technical cookies, which are strictly necessary to provide the service. That is why you don't see a cookie consent banner: none of our cookies require consent.

CookiePurposeTypeDuration
sb-* (Supabase)Keeps you signed in (authentication session)Strictly necessarySession / up to 1 year
pr_onboardedRemembers that you completed onboarding, avoiding a repeated database checkFunctional (technical)1 year

When you pay for a subscription you are redirected to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention. See Stripe's cookie policy for details.

3. Analytics without cookies

We measure aggregate site traffic with Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool: it stores no cookie and no persistent identifier on your device, and collects no personal profile. This is why analytics does not require your consent either.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. Blocking the technical cookies listed above will prevent you from staying signed in to Kyvel.
